    Hi All

    Posted SARicon letter yesterday (14/3/07).

    Just taking time to look over as many thread as poss to familiarise myself with the process.

    Quick question still unsure if 40 days start from date of posting SARicon or date of recipt.

    Sorry if I sound dence to many sleepless nights lately

    Just glanced around this forum and get the impresstion A&L close accounts at first smell of trouble. Am I right?

    If so,and they do it to me, will this write off my outstanding overdrafticon?

    From receipt, so give them a couple of days after you posted it, then they have 40 calendar days.

    There is a distinct possibility this could happen, lazy.

    Could you perhaps find another bank with o/d facility who could transfer your o/d for you?

    Thanks for the reply younganfree but was just mussing wether they would let me off with out paying it back

    Yes new account all sorted out before I told all creditors I couldn't pay at present rates, came to agreement with all of them might have to renegociate soon.

    Got Current Plus with Natwesticon, expressley asked for no overdrafticon facility.
    To easy to run up charges

    Just left Royalmail website,to track SARicon's, the one to A&L posted 14/3/07 was signed for yesterday.

    The one to MBNAicon posted 12/3/07 is showing as not recieved

    Hi All

    Recieved a reply from A&L yesterday, 20/4/07, to my SAR in the form of all statments, not that many.Some notes from when the account was closed and passed to thier tame DCAicon "Security Investigations". And a short letter that went as follows:

    "Thank you for your recent Subject access requesticon. I enclose details of the personal dataicon that we hold on you for the register entry you queried.

    If you wish to query any aspect of the details provided, please write to me at the address given above."

    And it was signed L. Grocott, Customer Services.

    And thats all there was
