    Default Hoohizzel v Natwest

    Hi Everyone, have just recived today bank statements from nat west & am currently trying to add to a spreadsheet, i have advantage gold account, on the statements it has charges that vary in ammounts but no reference to what they are for, do i need to deduct £6.00 cost for having a overdrafticon facility from these amounts, help gratefully recived

    Many thanks, that thread was really helpfull, just to clarify, for the joint charges of the advantage gold service & unaranged borrowing penalty, from oct 2002 - sep 2003 i have deducted £6.00, sep 03 -july 05 £9.00, july 05 june 06 £12.00, thereafter i've deducted £12 from these charges fo r the adv gold, my brain has gone abit mushy now after spending 4 hours reading bank statement ! many thanks, hoohizzel :idea::o

    Hi All, well havn't posted for a while, sent prelim no reply, sent lbaicon 14 days were up but couldn't afford at the time to file a claim 7-10 days later have been sent offer of full amount less interesticon, have accepted, Great A BIG thankyou to everyone here, although they have not said when they will pay moneys into my account does any body no how long it normally takes? Will make donation when moneys cleared really appreciate being able to read everyones cases, unfortunatley have to pay off debts and not buy anything fun, but it's all good! Onto Lloydsicon next dosen't sound as though it's going to be so easy, many thanks, Hoohizzel.
