Please all wish me luck I have today issued MCOL against Alliance and Leicester. So now just have to wait. for a total of £5919.52 this includes interest. I know they will do nothing but I can but hope.

Hi Carol Lewis
I am at the MCOL stage and need advice.
Can you do everything on line here?
1. Pay the court costs by Debit card
I went to MCOL but cannot see any where, where i can fill out form and debit money to courts. Could you please advise me of what you did step by step. I have been to the template for MCOL Thank-you for all your help and advice in advance.
1. Go to moneyclaim.gov.uk
2. Tick one for not a member (I think that is what is says)
3. Start a new claim
4. Fill out form you cannot go wrong if you follow what is said on the FAQ
5 The address for A & L is Leicester you will find full address on contact details.
6. When this is all correct you will automatically be taken to the payment section.
7. If you have a problem you can ring up mcol and they will help you they are very nice and very helpful. I had put a tick somewhere I shouldn't.
8. Then print everything off and just wait (i hope)
Also don't forget that after you've filed with MCOL you should send a copy of your schedule of charges to MCOL and the bank (I know they've had it but technically it forms part of the claim document).
