its been weeks now since R.B.S sent me a letter saying that they would send me a copy of my statements, free of charge. any ideas what i should do......seem's they are trying to fob me off. they are also trying to take me to court for £300 i owe in unpaid DD which started off at £90 im in a right pickle and dont know what to do, should i ring them ??????
