1st sent lateer asking for money back we guess £3000
2nd got a letter saying they were looking into our claim
3rd got letter offering us £10733 letter saying if we didnot agree ring up this lady in customer relations
next day rang spoke to a very helpfull lady called racheal told her i was not willing to acceppted there offer and was going to carry on and go to court she replyed that there had never a been ruleing in court to say that payments were wrong
i said olny reason there had not been a ruleing was that Halifax never went to court and as they knew if they did and lose they would have to pay everyone back she just said nothing
i then asked for all my satement for last 6 years she said they had looked at that and come to totel of £2344 i said i would be ok with that she then said well in that case we will have to pay you in full
