Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
:o I think i may have sent the letter requesting the charges back to the wrong address.
I sent it to Triton Sqaure London, but just realised there are another 2 addresses on the site in Bradford.
Please could someone clarify whether or not i may have made a blunder and need to start again, as i'm ready to send my lba.
Hi Beckz
I don't think it matters where you send your letter to, I sent to the address on the cheques but I see a lot of people have sent to Triton Square - the replies seem to come from Milton Keynes anyway!
Just recieved a letter from Abbey today saying they are looking into my complaint and will contact me within the next 4 weeks.
Standard letter i know so the lba goes in the post tommorow (next day delivery lol) just to ensure they get it. Then the clock will be ticking again.
In the meantime had a 50% offer from Monmument toady as well, will be refusing this.
