right my mum has a hp agreement with first national, right she is about 200 pounds behind in payments but after speaking to them, well the company that took there agreements up, cant remember who???, they have said they want here to pay the agreement off and she has 10 days to do this, can they do this if she pays the arreras. she has about 6 months left on the agreement.
then other thing what if first national cant produce the original agreement, i think i read somewhere that if you go th court they cant make you pay the amount owed.
