Hi everyone
Have just started this thread with MBNA. Have a thread going already with Yorkshire Bank forum. That's quite a way down the line and have just submitted my aq and awaiting the judge's directions.
My question is , the SAR/DPA request for credit card companies, is it the same as for the banks? It seems bank orientated and I know it needs to be right from the outset, can anyone help, thanks in advance,
yo-jimmy:?
They have to comply with the request the same way the banks would.
You just need to change some text here and there (eg. instead of returned cheques and direct debits, you'd put over limit charges and late payments etc).
