Hi all, Sent for dpa on the 7th feb got usual letter from them today sent the 30 day reminder to them now just got to wait for their response.

WOOLWICH SENT DPA 7th FEB/ SENT REMINDER 13th MAR/sent non-compliance 26th mar
sent prim 2nd apr

WOOLWICH OPENPLAN SENT DPA REQUEST 7th FEB/ SENT REMINDER 13th MAR/sent non-compliance letter 26th mar/sent prim 02 apr

BARCLAYCARD SENT DPA REQUEST 7th FEB/ SENT REMINDER 13th MAR/ sent non-compliance 26th mar

Capital One SENT PRIMLIMARY LETTER 13th MARCH £874.70/offer £160 rej sent 10 letter for full amount

Hi all, Still no statements or any letters from them, They had till the 20th to send the statements so should i complain to the ico or should i contact them?

I sent a non-compliance letter (as in the templates library icon

) after the 40 days were up. Just before I had received a 'we're too snowed under to get the requests out on time' letter, so I gave a little longer before reporting them to the ICO. Literally as I was writing out my complaint today my statements dropped through my letterbox. It's been about 60 days.

Hi all, got a letter from barclaycard this morning asking for another £10 SAR icon

when i sent it on the 6th 0f feb are they for real, How do i make a complaint to the ICO and the bank Ombudsman icon

Just rung barclaycard about wanting to charge me another £10 stupid women told me to write to department LRC about this any advice

Spoke to Adrian whalley from the dpa department today about the £10 they are try to charge me again for my dpa request i sent on the 7th feb, He told me the letter should not have been sent to me and he was going to chase them up about my statements, He also said, that they only keep some records dating back to 2004 and before that they are kept on a microfiche which he said, They can obtain them but it takes a bit longer, Well they've only got till next monday or will apply to the court to get them as Ive sent them a non-compliance which they received today so just have to wait to see what happens now.8)

Had a call from b/c yesterday about my SAR icon

request the women she will send out my statements from 2004 and the ones dating back to 2003 would take a little longer as they are kept on a microfiche at a different location, I replied to he saying you've got my non-compliance letter barclaycards time is up on monday if i dont have them by then i'll go to court to get them.

Did i say the right thing or should i wait?
