Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Just posted my letter to get my bank statements for the last six years so the ball is rolling..... Would be interested to hear from anyone who has taken on the RBS and been successful or otherwise......
Foog, there is a successful sub-forum to the RBS forum - should find plenty of successes there. Can't imagine there are any unsuccessful - if there is it's because they have rushed in headfirst not knowing what tehy are doing. Take your time! Research each step thouroughly.
The FAQs is a good place to go, especially the guide there. My successful RBS claims are linked in my signature.
Good luck!

Many thanks for those words of inspiration. Read FAQ's and through your threads and feel powered by that. 40 days marked in my diary.......the clock is ticking away!!
