Wrote the Woolwich at the end of last year asking for my charges back they offered 900 pounds asked for more they said no then I said yes in Full and final settlement of all money I owed the woolwich 3100 and they owed me signed the acceptance form with that writen quiet clearly on it and guess what to day had a letter saying that they will credit my account with 900 in full and final settlement Result It is apparantly legaley binding so now All I need to do is go back to them and get them to credit the 3100 pounds.;-) ;-) ;-)
