does anyone know of any phone numbers where the bank have settled the claim on the phone ?

Have a read through the A&L posts, you are going to have to put a little more work in. Namely Prelim, lba & Court Claim is the norm.

I have followed all the above steps and am waiting for their defence, which they have said they will do. Yeah right they haven't defended any others.

So you it will take a little time for you to get paid back, if they run true to form
