    Default parents Vs ROS

    my parents are claiming there charges back. they have sent of the 1st letter for the statements and received them altough abit of confusion as they never sent out the 2004 statements but after some chasing they received them. the have sent away the letter with the list of charges and what they are claiming back, the bank have sent a letter saying that they will not be rsponding in 14 days and they have up to 4 weeks to respond. what do my parents do now. do they sent the next letter to them?

    Don't let the bank impose its own timetable on you. YOU'RE driving this bus. YOU decide when and where it stops.
    Stick to your own timetable regardless of the bank's attempts to delay or intimidate you.

    Preliminary request. Allow 14 days. Then..
    letter before actionicon. Allow 14 days. then..
    Court claim.
