    Default debt_free_soon v Barclaycard

Just thought I'd start a new threadicon to keep the forum up to date with my claim against Barclaycard.

I was in posession of all of my statements, so no DPA request was necessary, I went straight ahead with the first letter.

I have now received a reply that Barclaycard are committed to customer satisfaction and are looking in to my letter. They will respond by March 30th (over 4 weeks from the date of my first letter, which gave them 2 weeks!!)

Stick to your timetable and don't let Barclaysharks set the agenda. After 14 days have passed, send the lbaicon.
