RBS offered us a settlement which was only £20 less than what we were claiming for. we wrote the exceptance letter and posted it recorded delivery which royal mail lost so i sent another special delivery, this was 10 working days ago and the rbs are still saying they have not received any letter back, even though royal mail said it had been delivered and are sending me the paper work which was signed. i was quoted 10 working days to get the money back, what do i do now.We also are claiming for two other accounts but the court summons has already been issued for those do you think this could be why we have had no money? HELP.
