Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I'm just about to start my claim against RBS today. Over two current accounts, I have £3200 on 1 account including interest and £4100 on another including interest.
Also, I sent them a SAR and all I have got back is 6 years statements. There will be another letter going off today asking for the rest of my data. I know they have more as I had accounts dince 1997 and also, there must be notes on my account from all my calls to direct banking.
They have also listed a default on both accounts for a total of £2k which is far less than my charges.
