hello everyone,
i've been lurking since August when i first started claiming my bank charges with Barclays (yes it's taken this long!). i've just been following what everyone else has been doing and reading all the fantastic advice other people have given and after all this time I am pleased to say that yesterday i received a letter (one week before my court date 15th march) with a Full and final offer of a settlement from Barclays for the full amount of charges, interest and costs amounting to an impressive £2,800.
so, thanks to you all and my donation is in the post!
no prompting, no phone call, i was going to sit tight until a couple of days before, so i was most surprised to get a letter in the post a full eight days before the court hearing!!
