    Default Transfer Bank Account?

    Hi,

Can someone please advise me if it' worth Switching my Bank Account first to someone else, then Apply for my charges back?

From what I have read it loks like most people are getting there accounts closed after getting the money back from A&L.

Also If I were to switch my account, then close the account with them, can you claim the charges back still?

    Thanks

    yes you can
however, i would not think a&l will colsoed a/c's as having just been fined for doing so to a claimer, they are on dodgy ground. the first fine was just a shot across the bows. i doubt the second will be esp after the article published by the OFT last week

Dont transfer your account but do open a parachute accounticon in the event this happens, if it does you can claim compensation from them, good luck.
