Default Paid but not in full

I've just checked my account with Lloydsicon and having started my claim for £1403 in July last year they have paid £842 into my account. Has anyone else had a similar experience? My hearing is on wednesday and i was just wondering if i can still go through with my case as i haven't recieved full settlement? Also, is it worth calling SC&M to push for full settlement? Any help would be much appreciated.

Have they made you an offer of this amount or just credited it to your account? If its the latter its very strange but i think can be resolved.

You can still push for full settlement however you need to inform them ASAP that you are only accepting the credit to your account as part-settlement. Do this in writing so you have evidence. Do this quickly. You can phone as well and remind them of the date and tell them that you're continuing, but make sure you put it all in writing as well.

If in doubt read the FAQs

If still in doubt - ask!
