With all the horror stories about rossendales and their "methods of collection", I can't believe they've been nominated for two awards. They are the Performance through People" award and another (think it's the director up for it). This is supposedly for business excellence. Yeah, okay, that's what it's called, is it??

It used to be a place where nobody wanted to work, so it can't have been about their staff. A few years ago I used to work in the job centre in Rawtenstall and I heard some horror stories about people working there......they were the hardest vacancies to fill.
Oh and I know via people one of the directors of that company as well and have met them on numerous occasions.......
