Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
We've just found out that we've incurred late payment charges from Capital One although we haven't received any statements for the last 3 months! First we knew was from a call 20 mins ago from someone in the debt recovery department. Has anyone else experienced similar? Is this a tactic to pick up some extra revenue? Faceless B's!!!
