However, I am unsure how I would go about estimating the refund amount owed.
I take it that by registering just the DPA dispute with MCOL, it doesn't cost anything as I am not requesting money at this stage, only when I log the non payment of charges with MCOL it would cost.
Help with DPA non-compliance!
