I am in the process of claiming £634.00 from Barclaycard. Iam at the stage where documents you rely on in court are supplied to all parties concerned. I have supplied mine to the court and Barclaycard {230 pages} all documents were supposed to be supplied to all parties no later than the 8th March 2007. I have not received any documents from Barclaycard. Can anyone tell me what this means?
This means that you'll most probably get an offer in the next few days - no point in them sending you a bundle if they've an intention to settle before the hearing date.
