barclay card usually hold a credit score on experian for their customers. it will hold a note of whether your payments have been made on time etc. it will also hold any other names you ar known by .... be it their mistake or not. this does not alter the fact tho that it is the banks job to suply you with your information which is why i advised you to use the name on your statements to ask for the information it will save time.
