    Domino,

Unless you have employed a solicitor, then the charges will be Nil.

I have previously included my costs in the main details section, ie postage, DPA etc- although strictly speaking you are not entitled to these through the small claims process.

You have mentioned interesticon, however I am not sure what you are claiming. Unless you have specified what many call "contractual interest" at the prelim lbaicon stages there is no interest. If you mean the interest they have charged you on the charges then that should have been specified in your claim. If you mean the 8% statutory interest once the claim begins then that is easy to calculate using the templates.

If all the above confuses you, then you need to read through the many FAQs and threads available.

    Good luck .............

Hi thanks for the link have downloaded a copy already, and filled out the relevent info, do i just send all 3 copies to the court and not need to send anything to the Bank? Also do you know if you have to send a full copy of every bank statement sowing the charges incurred? Sorry to be a pain! Thank you!

    Domino,

All you need is the completed N1, your schedule of charges etc. You only supply the copies to the court, the court serve it on the bank for you - hence the court fee!!

I personally take the N1 to the court and get them to check it .......

    Good luck .........
