14/12/06 Sent SAR
11/01/07 Recieved Statements Bank Charges Totaling £6448
22/01/07 Sent request for payment
05/02/07 Sent lba
18/02/07 Received offer of £1000
24/02/07 sent a letter declining offer
08/03/2007 ABOUT TO FILE MCOL for charges £6448 plus interest at 8% £1512.11
Ok so i am gonna do it and just need a little bit of reassurance coz im scared!!!!!
I also need a bit of advice on the address, do i use the woolich or Barclays one??:-?

I suggest that you use the Barclays London addy for your MCOL as the Woolwich is owned by barclays

I'm sure most who went before you felt equally bamboozled by the thought of having to step foot inside a court and it must have been a worse prospect for them as the 'pioneers'. And I'm equally sure that all of us yet to get to your stage will feel shakey and nervous.
But we're all rowing the same boat and no amount of sea sickness is going to sink this craft - be strong, know you have the law on your side and that logic dictates your worries are unwarranted.
