Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
i hand delivered to my branch the requested SAR form and required £10 on 23rd Feb (had a copy signed and stamped by the branch for my records). I decided to phone up Customer Relations (got the number from this site) to check that it had been received by HO (this was Mon 5th Mar) and was being processed (nothing beats being diplomatically pushy! - in a nice way!) - they were very helpful in that they contacted the branch i use to ask its whereabouts!! - they had 'misplaced' it boo - but was told by the nice lady at customer relations that she would send me over a list of all charges for the last 6 years today! and asked me nicely not to put in a complaint as she would deal with the matter he he - we shall see!!!
my question is - is that all i need to claim (a list of all charges)? - im not sure weather there is any additional information on the statements that i need for this matter?
any advice on this matter would be of great assistance
thanks to everyone on this site anyway for being united in this cause!
