If you've already done your DPA request letter I'd send it to wherever the reply came from. If you're sending the preliminary letter because you know the information, I'd send it to wherever you get your statements from or the Head Office which should be on all correspondence from them.
If anyone else can state any address please do so as I haven't any experience with Sainsbury's.
