So, when I get a letter from A&L are you saying the responsibility for its contentand accuracy lies solely with MBNA? If so, who is Joe Sbriglia working for?Or do MBNA retain A&L to chase up money for them? Why do I get letters from A&L if I allegedly still owe money to MBNA? your guidance and advice as an employee of A&L would be much appreciated.
MBNA Europe Bank Limited - Mr. Joe Spriglia is one of many with the title "Head of Customer Assistance" (there must be 50 MBNA Head's of Customer Assistance!! I have personally written to him (Mr Joe Spriglia on several occasions, but never have I received a personallly written reply, he only sends computer generated letters - maybe he lives in the USA!!? Mr. Joe Spriglia may well be a 'Nom de Plume' of MBNA Collections (Customer assistance Department - MBNA PO Box 1004 Chester CH4 9WW.
My apologies, to Mr Spriglia, if you do actually exist but my opinion is, that you are just a name that MBNA use on their collections (Computer Generated Letters) similar to Paul Kaloustian!
MBNA Europe Bank Limited appear to have an extraordinary amount of persons, with the title of - "Head of Customer Assistance".
They are basically "COLLECTIONS"
Ensure that your complaints are sent to The MBNA Chief Executive and send a copy to the FLA

They just offered us 60% of claim 7 days after replying to our claim with "looking into it" letter.

The address on my A&L corespondance is definatly:

No numbers just letters in the postcode.
The Online HMCS Money claim site rejects this postcode as being outside the UK but if you click on 'Lookup' then select to use the address you have entered it should let you carry on to section 5.
Very confusing!!!
Even Multimap doesn't like the postcode, it gives 15 possible addresses.
