Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I received a pcn yesterday from Met borough of Wirral, for parking on single yellow line and would like to know if it's worth appealing as:
A) The colour of my car is stated as 'other'. My car is silver.
B) The PCN states "that the following contravention occured: offence code 01" etc etc - I thought the word 'offence' cannot be used since the decriminalisation of parking contraventions?
