    Default Me V TESCO

    Good evening all

    I am at the MCOL stage for Tesco Personal Finance (Credit card), can anyone advise me whether the defendent is TPF or RBSicon? Also the POCicon's in the library, can this be used for credit cards as well as banks?

    Hi Caroline

    The defendant is Tesco Personal Finance Ltd although the company is a 50-50 joint venture with the Royal Bank of Scotlandicon.

    Yes, the particulars of claim in the library can be used for credit cards also.

    iGroup (GE Money) - AoS Filed late, defence late, amended defence also late despite extra time requested and granted.
    Vanquis - Claim issued, no AoS or Defence received
