Hi im just starting out claiming £3375 from the RBOS in charges from 2002-2007. Because of the difference in Scottish Proceedure ie £750 limit. Should my first claim to the bank be for refund be of the full amount ?
If it goes all the way to court action will I have to make separate claims for each £750 up to the full amount.
