hi ,I m full of debt i have been on dmp since septembre2006 everything its going fine with creditors except that horrible moorcroft nasty letters and aggrevation .the reason i write today i have awarded child tax credit 260 a months question do i need to let my dmp known about ityours advises are much appreciated
As much as it pains me to say it, the dmp you are in probably has some conditions attached to it, including one to inform the adminstrator of any windfalls and another may be to inform them of any increases in regular income.
If you have the terms of the dmp in writing and hopefully you do, then it should be set out therein.
If not ring and ask a hypothetical question
