hi everyone
before i begin, just before christmas i attempted to reclaim bank charges but got really scared as i feel i am lost with all the legal stuff. anyway ive plucked up the courage to start again, ive sent my SAR icon

today to ge capital for 5 accounts i held with them, im going to see this through and if i do okay il start on the rest.
just going to sit tight now. good luck to everyone else

well ive heard nothing from ge but had a letter from CL finance saying that ownership of one of my accounts has now changed to them! it seems funny they have done this as they would have already got the SAR icon

as the letter is dated 19th march, im taking it ge will still send the details though. STILL WAITING just wish theyd hurry up cant wait to add it all up

Be careful. GE are very slippery. Whist you are in dispute with them there are some things they cannot do. Not sure if moving your account is one of them. Just keep your eye on the ball.

Sammy,
Why don't you send a recorded asking GE for explanation why they have sold your account on. Tell them you requested the statements, because you want to check the charges applied to the account. Might be worth a try. Good luck.

whopeeeeeeeee!!!!!! had a letter from ge although only saying that they are recieving large volumes of letters of this type.
i did notice on another thread that someone had recieved this letter so hopefully ill get my statements soon. ooooh cant wait!!
