I have two types of monthly overdraft charges on my A&L statements. One is for £5 (authorised) and the other is £25 (unauthorised). Am I right in thinking that I can only claim the unauthorised charges? That is to say that the £5 was a charge to use the (£200) overdraft facility (which incidentaly they charged me £10 to set up) and the £25 was when I went over the £200 limit?
