Hi - my son sent his claim for charges up until 13th January. So far they are saying no but he has written to them saying he will make a claim in the small claims court. My question is that charges are continuing to mount up, is it best to wait until the FSA make a ruling and submit a second claim or should he telephone them now to see if they will refund any of these more recent charges. If so which telephone number is the best one to use. Many thanks.
