    Smile Help! a newbies first step at recovering charges!

    hi, i'm new to the forum and i want to reclaim the money barclaycard have charged me on my credit card over the years, which letter is my first step to recovering the money?
    Is it the SARicon letter first? or is there an earlier letter to send first?

    thanks for the quick response paul,
    just one other thing before i get stuck in.
    Would anyone reccommend a particular payment method for the statutory £10
    such as cheque,postal oreder. i assume sending a loose tenner with the letter is out of the question lol
