Hi can anybody help me please, i've reached the stage whereby i am about to start court proceedings agains A+L for £2700 which includes interest on each charge at 8%. I have set up an ID with MCOL but I am totally confused as to what I put into the box "particulars of claim" and what i need to print and send to whom. I don't have a valid debit card with which to pay them so may have to go into my local court and get a N1 form but I really need help with the wording
Also does anybody know who i need to send copies of my charges schedule to as well as attching with the form..... many thanks
