After recieving all my statements in and adding up the charges, i looked for next step. I dont know about anyone else but the interesticon on charges really is hard to understand for me anyway. Am i right in saying you only calculate interest if a charge makes you over drawn? Not every charge? I have read posts and FAQ but still find it hard to understand. Most of my charges arnt when account was overdrawn so i think ill just leave the interest part!

Whilst Im on my BOSicon account charges come to 1300, I stay in scotland so see the approach letter asking for charges back do I ask the full ammount in same letter or 2 different so it isnt over the 750.
