Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
i have just draughted my first DPA letter to Natwest requesting info. however, l have used the template provided on this site and it seems open ended as to the age of records i am requesting; should i modify the letter to specify 6 years? also, i am asking for details on more than one account in one letter; do i enclose a payment of £10 for each?
i am still trying to familiarise myself with the site but have looked hard for the answers these questions. if i have missed something please let me know where.
ps as i have never used a forum or communicated with anyone in this format before i don't know how, or to whom, i should address this thread.
hopefully, i have done ok!
