Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

As vicmar says, you need to do your research. A few days reading round the forum is time well spent. You will get an idea of the time it will take you to get your money back. It will also show you the replies A&L make at each stage in your claim.
Knowing what to expect will make your claim process a little easier.
Reading round should answer all your questions, but we don't mind you asking for help if you get stuck, or if you're in need of reassurance.
