Thread: just about to start - Marbles/HFC

I've spent the last few months deliberating over starting on the reclaim process. Despite all the encouragement it is pretty daunting. I want to start with my Marbles card (HFC). I don't owe much on it now but I have incurred plenty of late payment fees. Any advice/info, particularly with respect to Marbles?
