Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Well I have sent off my SAR and received a letter back from the Alliance and Leciesetr telling me that its just not true that the bank charges are illegal and that its credit card charges that are wrong (I'll save that of course for when I claim against my MBNA A&L credit card charges)
My question is - whats is the next letter I send to them? Does this depend on the letter I got from them or do I continue regardless. I'm struggling to find the letters file on this site
If that letter is in reply to your SAR they're just trying to fob you off before you start. You just continue with the Prelim letter. Its in the Bank templates library, here
