helloooo can anybody help me? I am about to start setting up a claim against Alliance and leicester for £2700, i've written first and second letters and had a negative response to both. I'm confused as to the cost of this and see that there is a £120 charge to file a claim for the amount of money i'm requesting. does anybody know if this is all i will have to pay or if there are further fees i'll need to take into account as i found the court proceedings site confusing. I've just had new charges added to my account for a failed cheque worth £20, and I've been charged £34 twice which has taken me overdrawn and hence i'll be charged again for that. Gits! If I'm succesful i will be making a further claim!:?
