Hi have just successfully recieved list of charges, having originally sent request to Bootle address,the reply though came from PO Box 30, Chester Bus Park address. can anyone confirm to whom and where i send my first letter requesting refund for credit card charges? I have searched FAQ section but still a little confused.Thanks
