Firstly, I think I've read somewhere that someone was trying this, but I've lost the thread so if you know which one it is could you point me in the right direction?
Secondly, has anyone won this kind of claim? I've got a double whammy in that I'm thinking of asking for unauthorised rate of contractual interest, but I know this will make the claim ENORMOUS and I have to admit not feeling all that brave at the moment!!

RBS BF Account S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) sent 4/11, part response rec'd 28/11, further info sent 3/12 awaiting statements at 20/12, Sent LBA 19/01/07. Received all statements resulting in 3 claims, £1,278, £4,279 and £7,250(!) all with contractual interest.
Thanks for that - I'll follow it up. By the way anyone know what's happened to lively - there doesn't seem to be any news on his thread and I ain't seen him around for a bit? Just concerned for the lad, any news?
