    Default reclaiming charges whilst in debt.

    I have an A&L credit card which I use occasionally but not essentially. I had quite a few over limit charges at £20 a pop and the odd late payment charge a while ago, total about £300-£400. If I was to make a claim can they shut down the account and ask for all the money back that is owed on the card, about £2000.
