Hello everyone,
after an accident my insurance asked me to bring my car to Alan Day garage for repairs, it took them 7 months to change a door and when they returned it to me I had to send it back 3 more times to rectify their mistakes
When I brought back the courtesy car they inspected it without my presence and discovered a damage to the door the size of a pin head. Now, it might have been there before because to be qite honest you would need a magnifying lens to see it, or they might have done it to get back at me as I gave them grief for their poor quality of work. Their estimated repair cost is £238.50 which I had to pay on the spot (not without a fight ). I now asked my insurance to send an inspector to have a second opinion on that excessive quote. This was daylight robbery and I am fuming
Can anyone suggest me what I can do to sue, get compensation or whatever to get back at them???
Your help will be very, very appreciated.
Thank You
