Hi Battlefield - the first thing that you need to do is read the Frequently asked questions - they will tell you what you need to do. There is also a step by step guide for you to follow.
The first thing that you should do is send a Subject access request to the bank to get all the information that they hold on your daughter.
Follow the guidelines and timetables set out on this site and you won't go far wrong - start a thread in the relevant banks forum and ask any questions you have there.
