Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
i,ve started looking into my lloyds tsb loan and discovered i had £775 added to my loan for a PPI.
but i,ve also discovered that i,m paying £20.58 a month to scottish widows for an insurance that also seem to be a ppi.
from memory ( 4 years this 5 year loan has been running) i recall a person from scottish widows ringing me about my new loan and asking if he could visit me and see if there was anything he could do for me, pensions ect.
any that will be cancelled. sorry for going on but my question is:
for claiming my ppi back plus the 4 years interest i paid on it, do i follow the claiming back charges route.
